Story
This sweet dog is an owner surrender. The current family could not afford to keep him and found it difficult to feed him. We naturally offered to help but they were also having to move which new home would not allow dogs. Especially a big one! Opie is an easy dog, very sweet . He is a mix of lab and Dane. He is happy in nature and will be a great dog for any family. Because of his size Opie has been in rescue for about 5 months. Opie is a hearty eater and has been become a little protective over his food. This can be normal for dogs in rescue. Once in a home and the dirt settles, Opie will see the food will not run out and will calm down. He just needs to feel secure. Currently Opie lives in a kennel and absolutely loves it! But Danes are short haired dogs so living outside is not possible especially in the north. Opie goes in when cold or storming. Please remember dogs are area specific trained and Opie is no different. He learns fast, so upon arrival he will need to be shown where he is expected to go! RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England/ Virginia area and delivered in Pennsylvania, Virginia and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please email: saveapreciouspaw@gmail.com You can also visit our website Rpacirescue.org to fill out an adoption application

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out our dog adoption questionnaire and e-mail any questions to: Lani at Lanihtar@gmail.com PLEASE VISIT THIS WEBSITE TO FIND THE ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE: http://www.homewardtrails.org/adopt-a-pet/adoption-forms/ LOCATION: Adoption Foster home ADOPTION COORDINATOR: Lani B. ADOPTION FEE: WAIVED! We thank Northside Veterinary Clinic for their generous sponsorship of Loki which means he is FREE! His adoption fee has been sponsored by Northside Veterinary Clinic! You can learn more about them at www.northsidevetclinic.com. WAIVED! I'M PART OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM AND MY ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED. WE WILL ALSO PAY MY FOSTER OR ADOPTER $500. HT has a number of dogs that need very special homes. These dogs have been failed by humans along the way, leaving them homeless and with issues from their treatment. We'll be honest. Some of them are real jerks. But not always. And not to everyone. Not everyone can be charming ALL the time, right? Others are just fearful and don't like other animals because they have had a bad interaction at some point. Some of them love other dogs but are just plain scared of everything. But all of them are good on the inside. And we believe that ALL of them deserve a chance at life and love. And we're looking to find the right human out there to make that happen. But competition is tough. And they're up against small, well-behaved doggies...so we are offering incentives for special humans willing to give these pooches a chance. WE WANT YOU! ***We are paying $500 to any approved foster or adopter of our REWARDS dogs.*** The human will also get ongoing training support, all supplies covered and a $25 Amazon gift card each month for 6 months. You will learn and grow. You will be doing a world of good for a dog who has really had it rough in life. ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 80 lbs KNOWN WITH DOGS: Loki plays with a variety of dog friends at the Adoption Center but would prefer a home where he can be your only canine companion. KNOWN WITH CATS: Loki's home shelter indicated that he does well with cats. KNOWN WITH KIDS: Loki loves everyone, though he may greet people with some excited jumping! KNOWN MANNERS: Loki knows cues including Sit, Down, Touch, and Spin using tactile cues. KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Loki settles in nicely to his crate and is not bothered by the noise of other dogs and people. In a home environment, Loki would be comfortably exploring his space if crating is not necessary. KNOWN LIKES: Loki loves attention from his friends, playing with stuffed toys, and, of course, treats. KNOWN DISLIKES: Loki would prefer to live in a quieter community without a lot of traffic. He'd also prefer not to live with livestock. ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Greetings, my name is Loki. If you could spare a moment, I would be delighted to share a bit about myself. I am a 3 year old Great Dane mix about 70 lbs. I am a charming and endearing boy who is playful and enjoys the company of humans, though I prefer not to share my space with other dogs; however, I can live with cats. I know it sounds crazy, but it is true. I like living with cats more than I would a dog. I am friendly, sociable, alert, brave, easygoing, and strive to please those around me. I am a reliable companion, characterized by a loving temperament, often seen with a wagging tail, eagerly welcoming people with playful enthusiasm. I relish cuddles and affection, and do not realize my size because I’m told that I should not sit on people’s lap because of my size. I do enjoy trying to sit on people’s laps and even nuzzling up next to them. I especially enjoy close contact with my human friends because I have some limitations with my hearing and sight, but you'd never know when you see me find a treat on the ground from 20 feet away. I get great comfort in feeling my people against my skin. In terms of playfulness, I thoroughly enjoy games such as fetch and tug-of-war, expressing my excitement through playful movements. So, have I tugged at your heart's strings? Did I reel you in? Do you want to meet me? I have one more important thing to add, my adoption fee has been sponsored. Yes, my adoption fee has been waived. All you need to do is submit an application and my adoption coordinator, Lani will contact you so that you can meet me. I’m quite the loveable boy. HT ADOPTION INCLUSIONS: Spay/Neuter First 3 distemper series vaccines & de-wormings Microchip - lifetime with no registration fees Current on heartworm preventative Current on flea/tick preventative EXCLUSIVE ADOPTER BENEFITS: Free first exam with: Caring Hands Animal Hospital, Palisades Veterinary Clinic, Jermantown Animal Hospital, Union Veterinary Clinic and Clarendon Animal Care and all VCA Animal Hospitals (VCA offers $250 coverage - details provided) Free online workshop with a professional dog trainer at Fur-Get Me Not within the first 30 days of adopting (in DC/Arlington/Alexandria only) A portion of EVERY ADOPTION fee supports spay/neuter for animals in under-resourced communities BE A FOSTER: Save a life: http://www.homewardtrails.org/foster-a-pet/dog-and-cat-foster-program.

Please contact Paul Slebzak (pauls@luckydoganimalrescue.org) for more information about this pet.gorgeous Dane ISO fresh start and love! LARA NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Lara      Best Guess for Breed:  Great Dane mix    Best Guess for Age: 2.5 years as of May 2025      SEX:  Female   Approximate Weight:    85 lbs   Gets Along With: Lara gets along with other dogs and has lived with cats!  We haven't seen her with kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:  Puerto Rico shelter foster home; needs an ADOPTER to get her freedom flight to the DC area!    See this awesome girl in this video! https://www.youtube.com/shorts/vL7fwj9OKGQ   Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are committed to helping them acclimate to a completely new environment. Giving Lara opportunities to interact with other dogs here (doggie playdates, welcoming resident dog in the home, doggie daycare, etc.) will help her so much - they will show her the ropes!    Lara is Looking For:  Lara is a pretty awesome dog who ended up in a Puerto Rico shelter through no fault of her own and is eager to once again have her own family. She's super sweet, loves humans, is dog-friendly and gentle with other dogs (see the video linked above) - she's got it all! Danes can be quite affectionate with their people and Lara would love humans who are eager for snugs. There just aren't enough homes on Puerto Rico for all the dogs in need, which is why Lara is hoping for an adopter here so she can get on a freedom flight up here!   She lives in a foster home down there right now with cats - she may chase in play, but mostly ignores them. Her foster, recorded a video of the cat bopping Lara in the nose and she just walked away. So with the proper approach to integration, she may do well with cats! Everyone there loves her and says she's a great, active dog.   What do you say? Is Lara the one you see by your side?     Heartworm information: Lara is a truly Lucky Dog! She tested positive for Heartworm disease but has already been treated! Heartworm is not contagious to people or other pets, but results from mosquito bites.  Heartworm, if left untreated, is life threatening, but after treatment, dogs that were heartworm positive should suffer no significant long-term effects so long as they are kept on a monthly heartworm preventative. We are happy to talk more in depth about heartworm disease and treatment during the adoption counseling process.   Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:    The adoption fee for this dog is $475, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations, spay/neuter, and heartworm treatment.  If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online at bit.ly/adoptaluckydog   Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have for adoption. That said, we cannot make any guarantees about age, breed or temperament.   Thank you for contacting Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and helping to save a life!  Please visit us online at    www.luckydoganimalrescue.org   .    BE A FOSTER!!!    Fosters make it possible for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue to save and care for homeless and abandoned dogs!  To learn about fostering, please contact    fostering@luckydoganimalrescue.org   ! If you are interested in adopting this dog,  please fill out an Adoption Questionnaire at  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/43315/generic.  You can learn about the adoption process by visiting: http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/howtoadopt/.  Dog's Name:   Bogey  (BOG0523OWSMN)Estimated Breed:   Pointer / Great Dane MIXApproximate Age:   7 yearsApproximate Weight:  94 lbsCurrently Living at:   BoardingAdoption Fee:   $400DOG'S DESCRIPTION:  Bogie was adopted from us as a puppy. His owner had to move and could not take him with her. He lived a lot of his life in Florida but is now back in the DMV. Bogie can by quite the character! He loves toys and people but would prefer to be your one and only. Meaning, he wants to be your only furry friend. Bogie will keep you lauging with his antics and would love for you to be his forever home. Bogie is very large and would do best with someone who is familiar with his breed or large breeds. Please consider bringing Bogie into your home!Given his size and energy level, we reccomend a home without small children. A nice yard is a must. This will provide him with the space he needs to romp and play to his heart's content. Bogey needs to learn boundaries and personal space with other dogs and he would really benefit from a home that can provide him with training and guidance in socializing with his canine friends.Bogey's affectionate nature and goofball personality makes him a wonderful potential family member for the right household. It's clear that he just needs someone who understands his needs and breed, and is willing to provide the necessary guidance and training to ensure he thrives in a new home. If someone is willing to give him a chance, they will be rewarded with a loyal and entertaining companion.Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.       Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSPONSOR ME! Help Save Lives!    Make a tax-deductible donation today and help save a life. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email the adoption counselor: lisastern.tr@gmail.com  and request an adoption application.  Dog's Name:  Bump (BUM0125CCGMD) Estimated Breed: Mini Great Dane Mix   Approximate Age:  4 years Approximate Weight:  75 pounds Currently Living at:  Foster Adoption Fee:  $400   DOG'S DESCRIPTION:  Warning: May Cause Excessive Smiling  Are you emotionally stable and physically prepared to fall head over heels in love with a 75-pound goofball who thinks he's a lapdog? Then boy, do we have the canine catch of the century for you: Meet BUMP!  Don’t let the name fool you — Bump is less of a bump and more of a full-speed freight train of love, affection, and enthusiasm.   Meet Your New Life Coach Bump is a sweet, affectionate, people-loving hunk of dog who’s on a mission to make everyone feel like they’re the most important person in the world. His foster describes him as a “gem of a personality,” and honestly, who are we to argue with someone who gives free kisses and tail wags like it’s their full-time job?   Qualifications: Crate-trained? Yep. Housetrained? You betcha. Knows "sit"? Like a pro (with a treat bribe, of course). Comes when called? Faster than your pizza delivery. Counter-surfs like a culinary critic? Unfortunately, yes… but we’re working on it. Jumps up for hugs? It’s his love language, okay? He’s also been practicing walking on a leash... kind of like an overenthusiastic toddler who's just had espresso. He’s a bit of a zig-zagger and may accidentally turn your casual stroll into CrossFit, but hey — who needs a gym membership?   Health & Fitness Influencer When Bump first came to us, he was a scrawny lad. But with the power of love, food, and sheer determination (mostly food), he’s packed on a healthy 15 pounds and is looking like a solid 11/10 good boy. He’s still bulking, though, and will happily accept snacks for science.  Bump’s Dream Home: Bump would thrive in an active home where he can go on daily adventures and channel his inner Olympic athlete. A big yard? Fantastic. A jogging buddy? Even better. An adopter who understands big dogs and knows that love sometimes comes with a side of muddy paw prints and face licks? Perfect. Other dogs? He LOVES them. Cats? Unconfirmed, but we wouldn’t put it past him to try to befriend one. Humans? Obsessed. Prepare to be followed to the bathroom. So if you’ve been waiting for a sweet, silly, athletic, sometimes clumsy but always lovable companion to complete your home (and steal your snacks), Bump is your guy. Adopt Bump. Your couch will never be lonely again.  Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (for dogs over 6 months old), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, Hatton Animal Rescue spends significantly more on each dog than the adoption fee. Sponsor Me! Make a tax-deductible donation today by visiting us at    https://www.hattonanimalrescue.org/sponsor.    Donations help us offset boarding costs and additional medical treatment for those dogs who need it. For more information on Hatton Animal Rescue, visit our website at    hattonanimalrescue.org   . Story
URGENT FOSTER NEED!  Dobby is a big hunk of love looking for his people!   This guy is sweet and friendly to everyone, kids included. He wants to give kisses to every person he meets, and be snuggled close to you at home.  Dobby is SO EASY in the home!  He is polite, housebroken, and is a very smart boy, happy to promptly show you his "sit", "stay", and "down" commands.  He will relax most of the day and is accustomed to being in a crate.  When you come to let him out he smiles and wags his tail.  As an "older" fella at about 6 years, he does not need much exercise and is happy to get walked or play in the yard.  He’s 66 pounds of pure love. We suspect he is a Great Dane / terrier mix.    Dobby enjoys playing. He especially loves tug of war and fetch - he'll bring the toy back to you and expect you to tug on it for a couple of seconds, but once you tell him "Leave it" he’ll let go and start the game again. When playtime is over he has no problem calming down.  He is very treat motivated, but he has no food aggression, so he will take any size treat from your hand gently.  He would love to sleep at the foot of your bed but he's perfectly happy in his own bed, especially if it’s placed in front of a door or window.  He can be dog selective so he is better as an only dog. PAW will support an adopter with training to ensure Dobby gets off to a good start in their home. PAW places animals in the MD, DC, northern VA, and southern PA area. ##1127125##

Story
At 63 pounds, Lacey is large and lovely, and her size is matched by her loving heart and desire to please. She is a sweet and loving young girl who is still getting used to her long legs and generous size. Her long legs make her a great runner, and she would make a perfect hiking, walking, or running partner.  "Sweet and beautiful" is how Lacey's foster describes her. Lacey loves people and other dogs and her youthful energy makes her a perfect playmate for both. Lacey enjoys walks and is learning to walk on leash. She is curious and enjoys being exposed to new and different environments. She is engaged and happy to go wherever her person wants, be it on leash or in the car, just to be nearby. At just one year old, everything is still new and fun for Lacey! Lacey is crate trained and housetrained. Once Lacey is exhausted, she loves to find a rug or warm spot on the floor or in her crate to curl up for a nap. She does not realize how large she is and because she loves her people, she tries to snuggle up very close! She loves being cuddled and pet. Lacey is looking for a home where she can be loved and engaged, and where she will continue to have adventures and learn about the fun and interesting world around her. ##2333555##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Fill out an Adoption Application Since coming to MTM, Rajah has been adopted twice, and returned within a month each time. Why? She’s a big, strong, and playful girl, who came into rescue because her owner died, and her owner’s next of kin kept her outside for 2 years before surrendering her to rescue in January 2021. In those 2 years, she had minimal training and human interaction, and she became infected with heartworm. MTM provided heartworm treatment and she is now negative. Rajah’s previous adopters expected too much, too soon. The first adopters allowed their cat in immediate proximity within the first hour, and Rajah chased. Days later, it wasn’t any better. The second adopter had no other pets, and no children at home. Rajah was adjusting well to the routine and the long walks and all the attention. But, when an adult child and dog visited, Rajah got protective, so she was returned. Her perfect home would have a confident and patient owner, no children, no other animals, and a yard that is fenced in with a physical fence.  Rajah could potentially have a K9 brother or sister as long as his/her demeanor was calm and not overly exuberant or aggressive and they were introduced properly, with decompression techniques used. Rajah needs time and consistency to learn her people are trustworthy. She doesn’t have good social skills with dogs. She chases cats and other small animals. She has been with the same fosterer since April 2021. Her fosterer has other dogs, and goats. Rajah is kept separated from the other animals, and her fosterer feels Rajah doesn’t get enough time with her. Her fosterer describes Rajah as a loving, bouncy Great Dane, a "picture-perfect dog that is just beyond beautiful. Her soul and spirit are truly a rare blessing." She deserves a home where she can enjoy her own space and her own people. Rajah knows basic obedience, just needs to be reminded. She pulls at times but also knows how to walk at a heel position. She loves her zoomies but then will get excited and will jump up to face greet. Putting her in a sit and giving a calm chest rub will calm her back down. Rajah is located in Knoxville, MD. She rides great in the car. She has no issues with people approaching, but she will bark at other dogs. Going to the vet hasn’t been an issue. Grooming; she is fine with nails trims, brushing, etc. She is fine by herself, so she can be left alone while someone works. Likes: Rajah loves having her face petted and leaning in for a Dane hug. She is so attentive and eager to please. She does well in a crate, but she will sing to you if she needs a potty break, a hug or attention. Dislikes: Strangers, dogs barking at her, unpredictable people or activity Personality: Rajah is playful and loving. Her facial expression is so soft. She just wants to get and give love. Energy level: Rajah is able to be calm in a crate, but when loose she is high energy. She loves her zoomies so would do best in a fenced yard. She runs the fence barking at the goats, and the other dogs. Favorite activities: Zoomies and hugs. Good with: Calm, confident and predictable adult humans, and positive training. She likes to please. Not good with: Energetic or loud dogs or cats. She is insecure, so is not trustworthy with children. Housetrained: Yes. Crate trained: Yes. Challenges: Rajah will need to have her obedience training refreshed. She is calmest in a home with a confident owner or she will take control. She does not have good dog-to-dog social skills and she chases cats, so would do best in a home with no other pets. She has done well with calm K9's, so that is a possibility and can be explored in discussion with her current foster. Any Medical issues? Rajah is now heartworm negative! Rajah would thrive in an experienced Great Dane home that understands the importance of ongoing training to build Rajah's confidence. Being an only dog would give her the attention and the time she wants and needs to become a happy-go-lucky Dane. A fenced yard would give her the thrill of the zoomies that she so loves. Rajah may be seven years old, but she isn’t ready to slow down. A typical Dane, she will enjoy going for a walk just as much as a nap. Meeting this girl will bring a joy to your life that only a Great Dane can bring.   Application Fees, Adoption Donations and Rescue Policy: Please know that 100% of our fees and donations pay for the costs of rescuing dogs. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Fill out an Adoption Application HEADLINER: Rudy is a bouncy, exuberant boy with a loving soul with lots of affection to give! An experienced adopter and a family with teens and up would be a great match for Rudy given his size and goofball play style. Rudy is loyal, eager to please and affectionate -would love to be your only pet so he can have all your attention to himself! HISTORY: Rudy grew up with a young family and was surrendered due to small children/new babies arriving and the family not having time for this sensitive companion. His current home was intended to be a “foster fail” one while continuing to fosters dogs but despite best efforts to socialize with other dogs, Rudy does not like sharing his mom with new foster dogs. PERSONALITY: Rudy is a handsome, affectionate Great Dane who is energetic & playful yet wants to be your lap dog at the same time -- a true velcro dog! When excited, this 155# puppy bounces around with joy. Rudy will need time to warm up to unfamiliar faces, but once he does he is eager to call you a new friend. Relative to the family’s four legged family members, Rudy bonded with foster brother schnoodle from the beginning. Due to his reticence sharing his humans’ attention, will thrive in a home where he’s the only pet. Rudy is motivated to be with his family, responds to affection and treats. His bouncy personality is sure to endear himself into your heart. FAVORITE ACTIVITIES: Loves to go for daily walks, chasing his ball on a rope, running zoomies in his fenced backyard and adores snuggling on the sofa with his head on your lap. He wants to play with his foster brother but a 15yo 10# schnoodle is no playmate, so Rudy will play catch with himself using his stuffed toys. Rudy loves his stuffed ‘woobies,’ snuggling against his ‘person’ and has a slow motion lean-in nose touches down to an art form. MEDICAL ISSUES: Rudy (4yo) was neutered and had gastropexy (stomach tacked) when he arrived at his current home. This dignified Great Dane has a sensitive stomach (managed well with probiotics) and sensitive skin (dandruff is managed well with daily fish oil and monthly baths). WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST KIND OF HOME: Rudy loves to turn heads on his daily walk so if you’re looking for someone to take walks with, Rudy’s your boy. If walks aren’t possible, a home with a fenced backyard to stretch his long legs would be a dream come true for this playful giant. Rudy is truly a velcro giant and enjoys calm, cozy nights at home snuggling- as close to your lap as possible :). ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Handsome Rudy has leash manners, enjoys his crate for meals (and naps), has excellent recall and knows commands sit (working on stay), no, off and lay down. He likes to learn new tricks when he’s rewarded with a tasty treat. He’d love to work on his socialization to become the best pet he can be! Rudy is a loyal & lovable gentle giant- if you think you have the perfect family home for Rudy, please contact us -- we’d love to find out more about you!! Application Fees, Adoption Donations and Rescue Policy: Please know that 100% of our fees and donations pay for the costs of rescuing dogs. These include but are not limited to pull fees from shelters, veterinary examinations, vaccinations, medications and care, microchips, neuter/spay surgeries, heartworm treatments, behavior evaluations, and foster care, as needed. Important notes before applying. Adopters must have their primary residence in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and parts of North Carolina. We will not adopt giant breed dogs to renters. Homes with children under 6 years of age will not be approved for adoption. Homes with children should have a fenced yard. Pets currently in the applicant's home must have a history of appropriate veterinary care. Homes with intact dogs will not be approved for adoption.  Proof of any of the following exceptions is required: The intact dog is a working member of a law enforcement, or search and rescue/recovery team. The intact dog is registered under the auspices of the American Kennel Club and is actively being shown. A veterinarian has determined the sterilization procedure would harm the intact dog.  We believe in Force Free Training Methods and do not approve of methods or devices using pain or force to control the dog, or to deter undesirable behavior.  Homes with highly varnished steps must have carpeting, securely fixed stair treads, or a non-skid surface. **We encourage you to remediate potential safety issues while your application is under review, prior to the home visit. LOCAL TN ADOPTION ONLY. The good.....He is kennel trained. Goes in very easily with treats. Will run right in if a treat is thrown in there. Will bark for a few minutes but settles. If he’s in a crate, in a room alone and he hears a lot of commotion, he will bark. If you’ve left and the house is quiet, he’s quiet. He’s great in the kennel if someone is in the same room with him though. He likes being with his people. He happily snoozes in an open kennel during the day if you’re working from home and the kennel is near your work area.Scooby is a goof! There’s not much he takes too seriously. Besides treats. Treats are serious business! He will do just about anything for a treat. Even stuff he really doesn’t want to do. But treats are life. He’s overall an easy dog that is sweet, happy, cuddly and isn’t overly energetic. He loves playing and is a bulldozer but he relaxes and naps a lot too. He doesn’t require mass amounts of exercise. He is more than happy to lounge around in bed and watch tv with his humans. The bad...He snores. It’s not quiet...He hates small dogs, if your neighbor has one he will make it his life"s mission to eradicate it. He is generally good on a leash until aforementioned small dog walks up, then he will happily chill with you while you recover from your rotator cuff repair.
