Although his contributions may not have aligned with my needs, his efforts were nonetheless appreciated. You may wonder where his happy place is, and that is hanging out with his favorite people, moving at his speed. When he adores you, he loves putting himself in your space and receiving attention, but sometimes too much love can be overwhelming for Domino, so he prefers his attention in small bursts. Domino has a fondness for treats and enjoys being in the company of people. He doesn't mind being around dogs, provided they respect his cues when he is ready to conclude playtime. All dogs in the study are placed at random in either the 2 shot or 3 shot protocol with strictly monitored protocols in place. Four weeks following their final injection, the pups are eligible to transport to the DC area for placement in foster or adoptive care. After treatment concludes, we work with adopters to arrange a free follow up heartworm test after 6 months, followed by a second test at 9 months. I only weigh 35 pounds at 6 months and they say I will be 65-70- pounds as an adult. I LUV KIDS! My heart leaps for joy when I See children that I can play with and love on.
